Sleep should be easy, right?

We’re all born with the ability to sleep. Just as we don't need special techniques or instruction to breathe, so it is with sleep. If we don't get in our own way, sleep just happens — naturally. We close our eyes, fall asleep, and wake up feeling rested and refreshed. Easy peasy, right?

Then why’s it so hard sometimes?

Almost everything we do in life responds to effort — from getting a job to finding a mate to raising a family to staying healthy. The more we work toward important goals, the more successful we tend to be. Our efforts are rewarded.

So it's natural that when sleep gets hard, we try harder. We do things to try to sleep better. We take pills, avoid coffee, use blackout curtains and practice relaxing. When we have trouble sleeping, we put more effort into it.

But sleep is different. The weird thing about sleep is that the more effort we put into it, the less we get out of it. The harder we try to sleep, the more it eludes us.

The key to putting insomnia behind you is to let go of the struggle.

I’m passionate about sleep and I created this program to help you get your life back by putting insomnia to rest and sleeping happily ever after.

I thought I was broken and would never sleep well. But over time I discovered that the secret to good sleep is that there is no secret. I found that all I had to do was stop trying so hard, start befriending wakefulness rather than pushing it away and start focusing more on life than on sleep. I started turning the corner to good sleep when I realized the importance living more and thinking less.

We start with a free 20-minute discovery call to get to know one another and make sure we're a good fit.

There's no obligation and I’ll answer all your questions.

Zoom Coaching Calls

These 45-minute calls are the core of the program. I’ve found it best if these are scheduled every 1-3 weeks.

We celebrate your successes, address your challenges, answer your questions, keep you accountable and motivated, and set goals for the week to come.

Email/Text Support

Between calls, I invite you to message me with questions or anything you’d like to share that can't wait till the next regular call. We keep these brief, as the Zoom calls are the core of the program, and I’ll respond within 24 hours.
